Most products are ready for pickup or delivery within 2-4 business days depending on stock and supplier. Special orders may take longer, but we’ll always keep you in the loop so there are no surprises.

If you're outside this area — no problem! We can arrange Canada-wide shipping for most products. Larger or fragile items may require special pallet shipping, but we’ll provide a quote before you order so you know exactly what to expect.

We guide you on quantities so that rarely happens — but if it does, don’t stress:

• Extra boxes (unopened) are typically returnable — ask us for product-specific details.

• If you run short, we’ll rush-order matching dye lots whenever possible so your floor stays consistent in color and finish.
